Calcium score by state
Every state, every metro area we cover, and what we have actually confirmed in each.
We track 62 coronary calcium scan sites across 412 US metro areas. None are phone-confirmed yet — every listing still shows the price the facility publishes on its own site, marked unverified.
Markets are US Census metropolitan areas, so a "metro" here means the same thing it means to a hospital system or an insurer, not a line we drew. A state with nothing in it still has a page — it will tell you the nearest sites we do have, however far that is.

Where we are working next
We add a market by reading what a facility publishes on its own website, then phoning to confirm it. The reading is fast; the phoning is not, and only the phoning makes a listing count. That is why most of the map above says “tracked” rather than “verified” today.
A state page with no listings is not a placeholder we forgot about. It carries what to ask for — the self-pay price for CPT 75571, which is not the same test as a cardiac CT angiogram — so it is useful before we get there.
If you run an imaging centre in a market we have not reached, list it here.
