Be the featured scan site in your ZIP code
$150 a month for one ZIP code, billed annually in advance. One clinic per ZIP. No paperwork, no contract, no per-patient fees — ever.
If you run an imaging centre or a hospital outpatient department that does coronary calcium scoring at a published cash price, you can buy the featured slot for a ZIP code. It takes about two minutes and we need nothing from you but a card and the ZIP.
$150 per month, per ZIP code, charged as $1,800 once a year, in advance. It renews twelve months later at the same price unless you cancel first, and you can cancel any time.
Enter the five-digit ZIP you want to be featured in.
Continue to paymentStripe asks for the ZIP again on the payment page — that answer is the one we act on. If the ZIP you bought turns out to have sold in the hours before your payment, we refund you in full, same day. We would rather refund than run two featured clinics in one ZIP, because the moment a ZIP has two "featured" listings the badge means nothing.
What you get
- The top card in that ZIP’s search results and on the metro page that covers it, above every organic listing.
- A visible Featured badge, so nobody is in any doubt it is an ad.
- Your cash price, referral rule, phone number, hours and booking link, the same fields every listing gets.
- Exclusivity. One featured clinic per ZIP. We do not sell a second, and there is no tier above it to upsell you into.
Organic listings never come down to make room. A page that is nothing but paid placement is worthless to the people reading it, and a worthless page is worthless to advertise on.
What we will never sell you
Not at any price, and not if you ask again:
- a fee per booked scan, per phone call, or per form fill
- a share of what you bill
- a discount in exchange for taking more of “our” patients
- a better position for more money — the top slot is the only thing for sale, and it is the same $150 in Manhattan and in rural Montana
That list is not modesty. Paying or receiving anything of value to induce a patient referral is a crime under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and under state patient-brokering and fee-splitting laws — Florida’s § 817.505 is the one we know best, but California, New York, Texas, Illinois and most other states have their own. The exception directories like this one operate under requires that the fee be set in advance, the same for everyone, paid for the advertising itself, and unrelated to the value or volume of the patients it brings you.
Every item on that list would break it. A flat $150 does not, whether you get forty patients or none.
What we need from you
The ZIP, and a card. That is the whole list.
No W-9 — you are being paid nothing, so there is nothing to report. No insertion order, no letterhead quote, no contract to sign, no sales call.
If we do not already list you, we will read your published self-pay price for CPT 75571 off your own website and phone you once to confirm it before the card goes live. That call is the only thing we will ask of you, it takes about five minutes, and it is exactly the same call we make for clinics that never pay us a cent.
If you run promotional copy — “$49 this month only” — you supply it and you are responsible for its compliance. Several states, Florida’s § 456.062 among them, put statutory language requirements for discounted-service advertising on the advertiser. We will run compliant creative. We will not write it for you.
Buying an ad does not change what we publish
We list facilities we have never spoken to, and we publish the price we find whether or not anyone is paying us. Paying does not change your price on the site, does not remove a competitor, and does not get you verified any faster. Declining to pay does not get you removed.
The only thing $150 buys is position, and a badge that tells everyone you bought it.
